| Challenge - Boot Camp |
An action packed 90 minute class, designed to get you fit quick, using strength and resistance. We run our Boot Camps a little differently, we paddle kayaks and ride Jet Skis on occasions. We believe that variety is the spice of life... Alternate Weekly Venues - Please Check our Noticeboard, located at Oxygym Lifestlye Centres. |
| Oxy - Box | Utalising Boxing Movements to increase cardio fitness - A fast paced high energy Circuit Class. |
| Oxy - Circuit | A fun-filled class utilising weights and strength equipment with core strengthening through rotation. |
| Oxy - Movement | This class is especially designed to keep you healthy, fit & active whilst you socialise a little. * Classes alternate between simple weights classes & flexability classes to give you versatility. |
| Oxy - Pump | The fastest way to tone your body. A chorographed weight training workout to music. |

A class designed for Mums with bubs to come and get their body and mind back! (3 months +)
