Active After School These classes are run by our experienced trainers at the local schools to aid in Childrens Fitness.
Challenge - Boot Camp

An action packed 90 minute class, designed to get you fit quick, using strength and resistance. We run our Boot Camps a little differently, we paddle kayaks and ride Jet Skis on occasions. We believe that variety is the spice of life... Alternate Weekly Venues - Please Check our Noticeboard, located at Oxygym Lifestlye Centres.

Oxy - Box Utalising Boxing Movements to increase cardio fitness - A fast paced high energy Circuit Class.
Oxy - Circuit A fun-filled class utilising weights and strength equipment with core strengthening through rotation.
Oxy - Movement This class is especially designed to keep you healthy, fit  & active whilst you socialise a little.
* Classes alternate between simple weights classes & flexability classes to give you versatility.
Oxy - Pump The fastest way to tone your body.  A chorographed weight training workout to music.
Pram-a-cise
A class designed for Mums with bubs to come and get their body and mind back! (3 months +)
School Groups Aimed at teaching children and adolescence the correct and safe use of equipment.  Fun!
Zumba Party yourself into shape!!! The latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party.
